Foundations in for major Classrooms Extension at Kivori School

Steel piers are in just a week ago. Flooring is underway and soon walls will go up.

This major extension to the OFFL School approximately 150 kilometres west along the coast from Port Moresby will provide 4 extra-large Classrooms each with the capacity of 50 students.

The additional classrooms will bring the total to 6 and provide up to 300 students with all-weather teaching facilities.

The building programme is moving at a rapid pace and it is expected the facilities will be available for the opening of School at the beginning of the 2020 school year.

The Operation Food for Life Team both in Australia and Papua New Guinea and the parents and citizens in the Kivori School area are very grateful to wonderful donors who have made this venture possible.
